Vision Statement

At J Whitney Logistics LLC, our vision is to empower and enable our industry SMEs and Veterans to give back to and support the various logistical and supply chain missions and obstacles that face the US government and military on a daily basis while providing employment opportunities for our highly trained military veterans to once again serve our country.

Expeditionary Logistics Management

Our founder lead the team when working at the Defense Logistics Agency in establishing the first ever distribution center in an active warzone (Afghanistan). He also helped to map out and establish the PAKGLOC supply chain network to support the warfighter in Afghanistan as well as assisted in the process mapping of the Norther Distribution Network (NDN). Project & Program Management Strategies

Our Team Leader has vast experience such as the creation and implementation of the Supply Chain Program Management of the MRAP/MATV Vehicle Program for the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Headquarters which resulted in a $33M cost avoidance through our leaderships efforts; over 15 years of Project Management experience in both the public and private sector in Business Process Re-engineering, Process Mapping, Distribution Center startup, planography warehouse layouts, Afghanistan Distribution drawdown, Supply chain route projects and tracking, and much, much more (See Projects and Past Performance).

Proposal Writing & Negotiations

Our Team of experts can help to navigate your business through the complexities of writing a proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFPs) and/or Request for Quotes (RFQs) and organizing and collecting all supporting documentation for a proposal. Our experts have a vast experience in both writing Government solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, as a former federal employee as well as writing winning proposals for Companies doing business with or attempting to do business with The Federal, State, and Local Government. J.E. Whitney Consulting also helps in writing smaller RFQs and proposals for non-government entities. Big multi-million-dollar proposals, or small mom-and-pop business proposals, we are here to help. Our Team will help to write the proposal, track down all required documents for creating the solicitation package, and ensure a timely delivery of the proposal all while also assisting in the negotiation phase after the proposal has been submitted and up for award.
